"Race for Grace" Is A Winner! Print E-mail

Churchill Downs - Louisville, KY - Thank you for supporting the 2008 Race for Grace!  God continues to bless the Backside Ministry!  The sold-out event--held on April 28th of Derby week at Churchill Downs--was a huge success!  Proceeds support chaplain salaries and ministry programs at race tracks and training centers throughout Kentucky.  Look for more reports about the success of Race for Grace and event photos in the days ahead.

Louisville, KY - The story of Hall of Fame Pat Day's ministry for Jesus Christ was featured on the front page of the Courier-Journal newspaper during Derby week!  The retired Derby winner shares the story of his conversion to thousands throughout the year.  Much of his time is also spent supporting programs and attending events sponsored by the Kentucky Race Track Chaplaincy and the Race Track Chaplaincy of America.
