A look back at Race for Grace 2023
Race for Grace is the chaplaincy’s annual gala auction fundraiser traditionally held the Monday prior to the Kentucky Derby. This dinner event raising financial support for the Kentucky Race Track Chaplaincy is held on Millionaires’ Row in the clubhouse at historic Churchill Downs.
Kentucky Chaplaincy offers sponsorships, tables, and tickets to raise money. We also hold a live auction, a silent auction, and other donation opportunities at this event. Race for Grace is our most significant fundraising effort.
We generally have anywhere from 300-600 in attendance. Tickets can be purchased with cash, by credit card, in response to our direct mail for the event, or online with PayPal or credit card.
The 2024 Race For Grace will be held on Monday, April 29th.
